Neveen Abuemaish is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Physician Assistant who joined our practice in June 2024. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a commitment to patient-centered care, Neveen is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of her patients.
Neveen earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as part of the University Honors Program. Her academic excellence and deep understanding of the human body laid the groundwork for her career in medicine. She continued her education at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, where she completed her Master of Physician Associate Studies, further honing her clinical skills and expertise.
During her clinical rotations, Neveen gained hands-on experience across a variety of specialties, including gastroenterology, internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine, and behavioral health. Her rotation at Florida Advanced Gastroenterology Center provided her with valuable experience in managing gastrointestinal conditions, making her a strong addition to our team.
Neveen is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). She is also a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA), reflecting her commitment to professional growth and staying current with the latest medical practices.
